Lori Vargas, MBA

Lori is the founder of 360 Wellness Education, offering well-rounded wellness advanced education with over 20 years in the spa sector as a founder of multiple spas, massage school, and spa consultant. 14 years with Fortune 500 corporations with a focus on corporate strategy and business development, CPA, and MBA from The University of Chicago. Lori has consulted spas/resorts to find solutions for spa business development and financial growth. Entrepreneur, Author, Adjunct Professor for Spa Management, Consultant, International Educator, Ironman Triathlete, and Proud Mom. PEACE!
Joanne Berry
LE, LMT, Aromatherapist
Joanne is the Founder of Wellness Education Hub, offering high-energy, high-quality training. Since 1992, she has shared her skill set and knowledge with audiences around the world. She won the American Spa “2018 Women in Wellness Educator & Trainer of the Year”. Engaging people with her enthusiasm, humor and own love of learning, she inspires those around her to continue advancing their skills. Joanne is originally from the UK and now resides in San Diego, CA.
Brandie Humphrey
Esthetician, Educator
Brandie Humphrey is an experienced Master Esthetician with a passion for advanced education. Beginning her career in 2019, her unwavering dedication to stay at the forefront of the industry is evident through her insatiable desire to learn. As the Director of Education at 360 Wellness Education, Brandie shares her skills and expertise with aspiring estheticians to promote growth and excellence. Her teaching style encompasses a tailored approach to ensure each student receives personalized attention and the opportunity to excel in their chosen field. In her free time, Brandie volunteers at an Assisted Living facility to enhance the well-being of others. Brandie Humphrey continues to make significant strides in the world of advanced esthetics education, positively impacting both her students and the individuals she serves.
Laura Larrabee
LEI, CAEI
Laura graduated from Central Washington University with a degree in Business and discovered her love of teaching while obtaining her master’s degree in English at Portland State University. While working at the Portland State Publishing House, she developed her passion for education, which she has carried with her into her career at Aesthetics Institute as Assistant Director. Laura, a graduate of the Aesthetics Institute, returned to pass on knowledge and skills after working in the industry as an advanced esthetician for many years. While working in the industry, Laura built her skills as an educator, often training co-workers and creating protocols. Laura’s experience with corrective and advanced esthetics has driven her desire to teach the best techniques possible.
Kim Collier
LMT, Spa Experience Planner, & NCBTMB Educator
Kim is an international spa experience planner and consultant, established massage therapist, and NCBTMB educator. Since founding JAMU in 1993, in Bali, Indonesia, her products and services have received national acclaim from Vogue, Forbes, Organic Spa, O, The Oprah Magazine and more. Her love of jamu – Indonesian healing therapies and plant medicine trace back to her roots to and from Southeast Asia, to Hong Kong & Bali, where she was Four Seasons Resorts first spa director for the Pacific Rim. A long time resident of Whitefish Montana, Kim continues to welcome clients for spa therapies and lovingly curates “wellness retail” for VIBE Wellness Lounge.
Christine Clinton
CMT, ITEC Dip. LE, NCBTMB Educator
Christine is the founder of Christine Clinton Cancer Care, an education company specializing in teaching therapists how to safely and effectively work with clients living with cancer in a spa setting. Christine has over 30 years of experience in the spa and wellness sector and is certified in Massage, Skincare, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Energy Medicine, Preconception Health, and Mind-Body Medicine. Spa Director, Spa Owner, in private practice, was Chief examiner USA for ITEC, an international awarding body.
Dr. Melissa Wilke, DC, CCSP
Doctor of Chiropractic, Certified Chiropractic Sports Physicians
Dr. Melissa Wilke attended McGill University in Montreal, Canada where she earned her bachelor’s in arts, Psychology. She furthered her education in health care with Chiropractic. She found that the integrated approach to medicine fit her philosophy and her practice has evolved to incorporate key treatment strategies such as acupuncture, ultrasound, blood analysis, biomechanics, and massage. This manner of health care allows Dr. Wilke and her patients to achieve healthy results without the use of prescription drugs. Chiropractic is a natural, pain-free alternative that brings about positive changes in people’s lives and Dr. Wilke highly values her patient relationships and the ability to positively impact their lives.
Norman Sarmiento
LMT, NCBTMB Educator
Although Sarmiento studied and graduated from advertising and graphic design, it was his experience as a a professional athlete, figure skater and ballroom dancer that inspired him to take a different path. While training, he blended rigorous physical activities with massage, Reiki and reflexology. This total wellness philosophy not only improved his performance but enhanced his everyday life. Sarmiento then returned to school for his massage license and soon began offering spa services to private clients and hotels throughout South Florida until he became a spa Director. “My objective is to help each person to do more of what makes them happy. To take care of themselves, enjoy life, find balance and to fulfill their souls.”
