Lori Vargas, MBA, CPA
- Founder of 360 Wellness Education
“360 Wellness Education is the culmination of my experiences that I have obtained over two decades as the founder of Spa Vargas Wellness and International Massage & Spa Academy. My approach integrates theory, technique breakdown, proper body mechanics, business skills, client and retail management, and procedural manuals to integrate into practice.
As a Serial Entrepreneur, Author, Health Coach, Adjunct Professor, Financial Advisor, and Ironman Triathlete; I believe the importance of educating our youth is critical for establishing strength within the spa industry.
The strength of the business foundation focus draws from my 14 years of experience in corporate strategy and business development areas of Fortune 500 corporations and my advanced degrees, including an MBA from The University of Chicago with a focus on entrepreneurship, strategic management, and international business.
The technique breakdown and proper body mechanics focuses stem from over 20 years of experience in training spa staff as an owner and operator of multiple spas. The ability for career longevity needs to be supported by good practices and preventive measures, which is an area that needs retraining and reemphasizing because many service providers start taking care of themselves only after injuries.

The theory of each program offering lends from my direct evolvement in developing the curriculum for my massage therapy school where I co-designed the core 650 hours program and full continuing education catalog pulling from my unique experience of certifying and training therapists. This oversight has allowed me to refine and improve the course programs continually. Along with my spa consulting experience, I have been challenged within the industry to find solutions for pain points that have evolved into focused curriculum and training.

About Lori Vargas, MBA and Founder
Lori Vargas, founder of 360 Wellness Education, has over 20 years in the spa industry as a founder of multiple spas, a massage school, and as a spa consultant. She also has 14 years of experience guiding Fortune 500 Companies with corporate strategies and business development. Lori holds a CPA and MBA from the University of Chicago.
To complement her online 360 Wellness Education courses, Lori has created an educational community focused on connections and growth through Advanced Education Membership Program. This membership provides easy access to affordable, on-demand advanced education.
